Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to support lithium battery
manufacturing operations. The role involves assembling, testing, and inspecting battery cells
and packs, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate
should have hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical tools, a basic understanding of
lithium-ion battery processes, and a strong focus on safety and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and test lithium-ion battery cells, modules, and packs.
Operate and maintain production equipment such as welders, testers, and coating machines.
Perform quality checks and record production data.
Support engineers in process improvement and troubleshooting.
Ensure adherence to safety and cleanroom protocols.
Qualifications:
B.Sc. or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Science or Mechanical Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in battery, electronics, or related manufacturing.
Freshers are encouraged to apply; training will be mandatory.
Basic knowledge of electrical testing and safety procedures.
