Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to support
the promotion and business development of our lithium battery products. This role involves
generating leads, engaging with clients, presenting product solutions, and supporting marketing
activities that enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have strong communication
skills, basic technical understanding of lithium-ion batteries, and the ability to build lasting
customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote lithium-ion battery products—including cells, modules, and packs—to
prospective customers. - Identify and develop new business opportunities in e-mobility, energy storage, and
electronics markets. - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions in
coordination with the engineering team. - Support marketing initiatives such as campaigns, social media promotions, trade shows,
and customer outreach. - Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and contribute to sales strategy
development. - Ensure all customer interactions reflect a high standard of professionalism and safety
awareness.
Qualifications: - B.Com. or Diploma in sales, marketing, advertising or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, batteries, electronics, or related industries.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn are welcome; training will
be provided. - Basic understanding of lithium-ion battery features and safety is a plus.
